Site Coordinators are Key to Local FLTI Site Success

The FLTI Site Coordinator is the “glue” of a training site. Equal parts event coordinator, community relations, and administrative guru, a site coordinator is instrumental to the success of FLTI in any given community.

FLTI Site Coordinators are amazing connectors that work with their host agencies, family leaders, facilitation teams, and their communities at large! They oversee recruiting for each new class of family leaders, select local facilitators, and work to ensure the FLTI experience is positive and transformational for all.

Thank you to all our site coordinators for the care and devotion you pour into your classes and your communities!
