Annual Impact Reports
At the beginning of each 20-week FLTI session, family leaders complete a pre-survey that collects demographic data and measures several indicators such as personal openness to diversity, sense of belongingness in one’s community, understanding of government functions and processes, and level of community engagement prior to attending FLTI.
Family leaders complete the same survey after completing FLTI, and not only are the results impressive, they also prove the foundational theory behind our work!
